Every project is different. Our commitment to quality means that we simply can’t take a cookie-cutter approach to your project. But here’s the nuts and bolts of the process:

• Tell us what you need. Some people come to us with a very specific idea in hand, and that’s great, while others come to us with a rough concept or business goal and we help develop a more specific approach, which is great too. The better idea you can give us of what you have to spend, the closer we can get to the target on the first shot. We want to do the best work we can without making your heart stop cold, after all!
• We provide a budget and schedule. We’ll put together a proposal and free cost estimate, based on the information you’ve provided us. We’ll also estimate a schedule for deliverables and payments, and a summary of the work to be done to make sure we’re on the same page.
• You say, “That sounds great! Let’s do it!” (and then also sign a contract)
• We get to work. From the very start of the process, we’ll keep you in the loop on our creative process. You’ll get concept and design materials for approval (you can check them out on our private project management website if you’re not local, or if you hate traffic), and steady updates as we move through the production phase, all the way up until the project is complete!
• We both walk away happy, eager for next time.
